What to Expect:
The 90-minute circle will be conducted over Zoom in a safe and secure online meeting room.
Participants listen, share, and reflect on past experiences, current situations, and future intentions.
Circles are led by trained Abacus facilitators and all participants agree to keep what is shared confidential and free of judgment.
Being on video is a requirement so you must have a webcam to participate. The group size is small and therefore space is extremely limited.
Please only register if you can be 100% committed to attending.

Who can join?
Anyone over the age of 18 may join a circle. Space is very limited so we kindly request that you limit your attendance to one circle per year. Please commit to attending once you sign up.
Friends: If you are going to invite a friend, you should be extremely comfortable sharing intimate details with that person. *Please note that each person needs to sign up separately via Eventbrite.
Partners & family members: We highly recommend couples and members of the same family do not attend a circle together. If you and your partner are both interested in attending a circle, we strongly encourage you to sign up for different dates and share with each other about your experiences privately.
How do I prepare?
- Bring a pen, paper (or journal) and a beverage
- Turn your webcam on and connect using your computer audio
- Join the meeting a few minutes early to give yourself time arrive and troubleshoot technology if need be
- Be in a private place free from distractions. Privacy allows us to respect confidentiality. If you cannot find a private place to join in, headphones can be a good substitute to allow for a safe space for us to share with each other.
